James Schmitt helped me sell my first home ever, sell my grandmothers home, and help me purchase my new home. He has by far been the best to work with. It has been a little over a year (I know I procrastinate a lot) since I bought my home. And to this day he is still there to answer any questions I have. I had to send him one today asking about taxes. Haha. He makes every part in the process smooth. From what you need to do to get started until you are settled in your home. He is very nice, business like, and punctual. Very flexible at setting up times to view homes or go over paperwork. I cannot recommend him enough.

If you are looking for a down to earth, caring realtor then look no further. This man sold me two houses and helped me sell one. He makes it a fast easy process every time. Very trust worthy as well. He will get you the best deal fit. He’s always willing to go out of his way to do what’s best for you. Answering calls late at night and trying to get you to schedule to see a listing fast as possible. Not sure why everyone doesn’t use this guy! Great family man with a positive attitude 100% of the time!

James helped our family in so many ways! My dear mother, widowed and hearing impaired, needed to sell her home and move to something more manageable. This wasn’t just a business transaction. It was an emotional ordeal. James was supportive, available and helpful every step of the way from listing to beyond closing on the new home. His concern for our mother extended well after she was in her new home and was practical (for example, replacing a shower head) and personal (checking on her regularly). James is our realtor for life. SO knowledgeable and hard working. He will inform and support. Very trustworthy. We are very grateful!!

I was referred to James Schmitt and Falls City Realtors by my mom who had a wonderful home buying experience and had nothing but nice things to say about James.
